I was very thankful for the team I was assigned. They were there whenever I needed them and was able to answer questions of mine that came along the way. Also, they would periodically check in with me and ask how thangs were going. They made the loan part of getting a house less stressful than I was predicting.

For someone with VA in your name I would have thought you would have been a lot more personal and professional. When I do this process in the future I will be calling around to other lenders to see my best rates because yours was not. When I visited my lenders office I noticed very expensive cars in the parking lot that were owned by your loan officers. These officers are obviously spoiled by the market around here that they don’t feel the need to satisfy customer. I hope this survey will help others in the future.
