The team at veterans United did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend going to them if it’s your first time buying a home. They kept us in check with structured checklists and we’re always available when we had questions. We had the pleasure of having Jamie as our loan officer. Thank you all again.

From day one she made the process exciting and easy. She was always on tops of things and keeping us up to date so we didn’t have to wonder or worry. Elizabeth always made asking questions easy and never made us feel like we couldn’t go to her for the simplest things. We’ve already recommended Elizabeth to a friend who may be buying a house in the near future.
Working with “Veterans” United was the worst experience I’ve had in the home buying process.
Not only did they make me feel I had to fight to use my VA entitlement, they did nothing to help me find solutions without me calling, asking, complaining…When I asked questions, it would be a day before I received responses or I’d have to call and ask again. They knew upfront of the time difference and they did nothing to alleviate that barrier.
There were unique scenarios in my home buying process however the ‘team’ I worked with did nothing to reassure, assist, or even work for my best interest. They made me feel like I was just a number on their roster.
The fact that 48 hours prior to closing they had to ‘move things around’ to get to my paperwork to ensure we could close on time.
This is not a new complaint, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the supervisor. I will not recommend Veterans United to anyone I know or anyone asking for a recommendation…

Want to thank Veterans United for they were a gift from GOD. The home I was renting from water heater went out and air went out. To make it even more bad the house was put up for auction. I was given a month to find somewhere to move and all the rental properties requiring so much down that I was feeling like giving up. Just when I was about to give up I was approved and in less than a month I was in my new home thanks to Veterans United. I thank GOD daily for the great people who helped make this a smooth process.

We couldn’t have chose a better team to work out our new mortgage for us. Trevor was fantastic and made sure he asked for every single document under the sun so that when it got to the underwriting phase, it was as stress free as possible. We also text him every day about rates and he would reply any day at any time (even on weekends which floored and impressed us).
