With over 30 years' experience, she is an expert on VA home loans, as well as FHA, Conventional and first time homebuyer programs. Charlotte prides herself on providing personalized, fast and efficient service from pre-approval all the way to the loan closing. She is also available on weekends and evenings for your convenience.
Kelly has worked in the mortgage industry for 22 years. She strongly believes in giving back to her community. Kelly is the co-chair for the Handbags for Hope event that assists the Safe House for Battered Women's Shelter in Clarksville. She also gives back through her position at work, wherein she serves local veteran homebuyers. Kelly provides the same level of service she would expect to receive herself. In her downtime, Kelly spends time with her college-bound daughter and two rescue dogs. She also enjoys traveling (preferably by cruise) and crocheting.
Karol has strong ties to the military and is honored to be in a position to help local veterans achieve their dream of homeownership. She has a special place in her heart for Fort Campbell specifically. Karol was born on base when her father was enlisted and today, her husband serves as First Sergeant of the 541st Transportation Company at Fort Campbell. In addition to her family ties to the military, Karol is a former facilitator for a Department of Defense contractor and currently serves as co-treasurer of 541st Family Readiness Group. As a loan officer, she will use this level of understanding and compassion to go above and beyond your expectations. When not working, Karol’s time is spent with her husband, daughter and family dog.
Jennifer Candler has been in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and is currently a Loan Officer at Veterans United Home Loans. Jennifer is a Clarksville native and a member of the Clarksville Association of Realtors and the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce. She is dedicated helping local veterans become homeowners and aims to minimize the stress involved in the homebuying process for her customers. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys church and spending time with her family and pets.
Nathan Bryant is a lifelong resident of the Clarksville area. He’s been active in the mortgage industry for the past six years; he previously worked in loan processing and closing. His grandfather, a Purple Heart recipient, served in the Army during World War II, while Nathan’s older brother served in the Air Force. Nathan takes pride in placing the borrower in the loan program best suited for their needs, whether that is VA, FHA, USDA or conventional financing. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family and boxer dog!
