We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. Working with Trevor was great he helped me along the whole process of my home buying journey, and kept me inform with anything I had a question about. If there was ever any issues with documents he would contact me right away and let me know what exactly was missing or what the documents I was signing meant. This was our first home and it was a great experience working with Trevor and his team!

Buying a house is not as easy as it seems, well at least for me it wasn't. However, I am so grateful to have had Trevor and his team in my corner.
