We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. It seemed my loan office may not have ever done a convential loan before, as there seemed to be consent issues that delayed my closing. That delay force me to load and move in one day, should never happen that way.

I’m an old guy that doesn’t really understand banker talk. I also have a combat related brain injury. Trevor was more than patient.
