Karol Hart

Karol has strong ties to the military and is honored to be in a position to help local veterans achieve their dream of homeownership. She has a special place in her heart for Ft Campbell specifically. Karol was born on the base when her father was enlisted. And today it is still just as special to her given her husband concluded his time in service by retiring after 20 years of service and as a First Sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell. In addition to her family ties to the military, Karol is a former facilitator for a Department of Defense contractor having taught thousands of transitioning military service members. As a loan officer, she will use this level of understanding and compassion to go above and beyond your expectations. When not working, Karol’s time is spent with her husband, daughters and family dogs.

We talked twice on the phone other then that a few texts I just felt like it would have been nice to have someone check in more and explain the whole process better for a first time home buyer we will not be using you guys if we buy again just because we felt like things we not really explained to us and we would get texts instead of a phone call to do something on the website
