Everything happened as soon as the documentation was provided by me. Both are very helpful for this process no matter how complicated it gets (and I know because mine got super complicated). As said above you will NOT find a better pair from your home loan than these two!!

Karol and her team were hands down the best VU team we've ever worked with. This was a months-long process for us but she stuck by our side the entire time always quickly answering emails making sure we had all the information we needed. She patiently worked with me calculating prospective house payments with the varying interest rates too. I am incredibly grateful for that.
Melissa, our transaction coordinator, was always verrrry quick to respond to my texts/emails making sure we had everything we needed but also made sure they got what they needed from us to move to keep moving forward which frankly, took some patience on her part. ;)
Brittany, our concierge, checked on us throughout the entire process, researching all of the information we needed to get set up in our new town.
