Friendly, responsive, professional. Her and her entire staff form a winning team. The entire process of applying for a several hundred thousand dollar home loan, while it took a LOT of pages of paperwork, was smooth, logical, seamless, and flowed quickly. From our initial contact to walking away with my deed on closing day was perhaps 45 days.She provided everything that could be necessary and proper for an accurate, tightly documented loan under very favorable terms (she had to amend the application process slightly when she discovered a LOWER interest rate, the change was very favorable to me and effected seamlessly.). She uses a very efficient automated process that means almost all paperwork was tightly integrated and we weren't required to reenter the same information over and over again on different forms.As I told her with much appreciation: "Heather, the only thing you were missing was Bourbon and Cigars at the closing."
