I'm so disappointed because of many things:
-The closing date pushed back many times initial estimated on DEC 26, 2020 it happened on March30,2021 caused increase of my personal budget during this delay period.
-Many things change in the contract, price increased ,also the home is not exactly what I choose and what I was expecting to get.
_No control on anything, builder, companies involved which do what they want.
_ Some imperfection noticed in the new home but I don't know if the VA inspection also noticed that.
This was our second time purchasing a home and doing so out of state, ahead of our PCS’ing. Veteran’s United and Karol Hart made this whole process a breeze.
