My loan officer was a blessing. Somehow, despite my role, duties, and overwhelming obligations, she was there for me - in the evenings, early morning, while out of town, during mom duties, and every other facet of my unpredictable, at times unresponsive, and certainly non-conducive work schedule to this home-buying experience. She [Jamie] made others in her office available, at my behest, during the only times I could speak or correspond without hesitation; she provided multiple means of communication to get documents and questions fielded or answered and completed in a timely manner, and ensured there were reminders when I fell behind. My loan officer was a true, consummate professional and this review does not do her and the VU team justice. Amid the aforementioned, my closing date was able to be moved earlier than anticipated so I could take care of some personal issues that were hanging in the balance. Not once did I feel underscored on the way to congratulations day. The VU app is incredibly reliable and the easiest to use to sign and review documents, connect accounts provide feedback in one location, with access by any VU team member. Everyone involved from the title company, to my realtor, and the VU closing manager cultivated a relationship through my loan officer, to ensure my purchase through VU was what I anticipated, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
