Every home buying situation is, I think, unique. We presented a scenario that is not only unique, but risky. Didn’t seem to be overly cumbersome to the team VU put together. The only thing I might complain about is the difficulties of time, as we purchased our house from overseas and only had about a 6 hour window that we could all communicate with each other in real time, which neither VU nor I control.
The whole team that I worked with was amazing. I would recommend them to any one looking to use a VA Loan.

I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders.
