I could not imagine having a better team than my VU team. I would not go to anyone else for a VA loan.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Zach Robert’s and team made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. This is our second home we have used Veterans United for and they make you feel like family.
I would recommend however, there are way to many hoops to jump thru. Many of them multiple times with the same information. The process needs to be streamlined. I understand the need to prevent fraud but what a pain.
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
