At first, we were not impressed with Veterans United when we initially called the customer service line. After a friend recommended Amanda we have had a great experience since. If it wasn't for her we probably wouldn't have gone with Veterans United.

For military customers it is important to keep rates as low or equal to USAA/Navy Fed as they can offer consolidated accounts and flexibility for military life. The great advantage Veterans United does have, however, is time to close.
