It's a lot dealing with all the different people and communicating back and forth in a process that's already overwhelming no matter who you go through. I rate it above average, I'm glad its over.

The overall process was smooth and communication was great. The only hiccup was with the appraisal coming in late.
Would highly recommend hands down. My loan officer was Brent Schultz, loan officer made my home buying experience very easy, and appreciate all the help veterans United had given me and my family.
