Veterans United helped me with my purchase of a new home using my VA home loan benefits. We ran into a few problems along the way but, with Veterans United we manged to overcome all of them and close on time. Everyone was always professional and polite every time I called. There was an electronic to-do list that I worked from to submit all of the documents. The to-do list showed me the status of the submitted documents as pending or reviewed. This was great to see the status at whatever time I checked on it AM or PM.I would like to say thanks to the entire team that helped me process my VA loan and secure my house!

The process is very easy, and they make sure you’re getting a good deal on the home you plan on buying. They make first time buyers have a very worry free experience. They also made it so I wouldn’t have to worry about separate home insurance for a whole year!
