Amanda and Viola were amazing to work with. Their prompt communication was a sign that they truly cared for our home purchase. The only thing that was slightly overlooked was adjusting the sellers credit when closing costs were adjusted (sellers credit included closing costs WITH discount points in our case). From start to finish, VU exceeded our expectations for a lender. We will highly recommend Amanda and her team to any of our friends in the Clarksville area.
