I had a great and fast experience. Everything was standard and up to par and Paul G was friendly and extremely helpful. If any veteran comes asking where or how to get a loan veterans united will be the first thing I say!
Heather, Scott, Ally and the rest of the team are the best! They made the loan process easier than I could ever imagined. My daughter recommended Heather to me and it was the best thing she could have done for me. They make you feel like family. That’s so important to me.
Overall, a great experience. Lisa helped through every step of the process, and everyone was nice, patient, and very professional. She made the "first home owner" experience amazing. She was very patient with the millions of questions we asked. I would go through Veterans United again!
The underwriting was difficult. However the rest of the team was great they communicated and helped throughout the days.

Getting a home was a real headache but all the people I dealt with at Veterans United were very nice and always available.Which I appreciate very much.
I am a retired real estate agent. I have used Heather and Jennifer for years! I have always been impressed by the knowledge, skill, customer experience and realtor support. I was honored to work with Trevor during my personal home buying process and to say that it was seamless is not enough! Everyone is prompt when answering questions or working a file.
