Overall, a great experience. Lisa helped through every step of the process, and everyone was nice, patient, and very professional. She made the "first home owner" experience amazing. She was very patient with the millions of questions we asked. I would go through Veterans United again!
The underwriting was difficult. However the rest of the team was great they communicated and helped throughout the days.
Heather did amazing, always answering my questions and being there for you every step of the way.
From the start to the end it was a very easy, not stressful, enjoyable experience! Even while extremely pregnant and freshly postpartum, it was an amazing experience, thank you!
