Before I say anything else… if you’re buying a home, CALL MATT!!I seriously cannot recommend Matt Rice enough. Buying a house is stressful, confusing, and honestly a little overwhelming, but Matt made the entire process so much easier. He is one of the kindest, most patient people I’ve met, and I genuinely don’t know how he put up with us sometimes 😂My husband had approximately 5,000 questions about every single little detail, and I was constantly thinking of random questions at the worst times. We’d call Matt out of nowhere, and somehow he ALWAYS picked up. I actually started feeling bad because I swear a couple of times it sounded like we interrupted him in the middle of eating! But not once did he make us feel like we were bothering him. He would stop what he was doing, answer every question, explain everything in a way that made sense, and never rushed us off the phone. That level of dedication is so hard to find these days.What really stood out to me wasn’t just how knowledgeable he is. It was how much he genuinely cared. We never felt like “just another client.” He wanted us to understand everything, make the right decisions for us, and feel confident every step of the way. You can tell he truly loves what he does and wants the best for the people he works with.By the end of the process, Matt didn’t even feel like our realtor anymore. He felt like a friend. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give someone. Once we’re completely settled into our new home later this year, I would absolutely love to have him and his absolutely stunning wife over because they’re just genuinely wonderful people.Matt, thank you for answering every random phone call, every text, every “one more question” (which somehow turned into ten 😂), and for making one of the biggest milestones of our lives such a positive experience. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. If you’re even considering working with Matt, do it!! You won’t regret it.
