Overall, excellent. Especially for a real estate novice like me. Very attentive staff, they cover every aspect of the process and explain things very well. One issue was a few communication gaps between the real estate agent and the loan officer and the insurance team.
I couldn't have done it without Veterans United. I am 79 and the houses I bought before I paid cash so this is my first experience financing a home. Veterans United took care of most everything. The things I had to do they walked me through it. As I said I couldn't have done it without Veterans United.

I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in.
