Veterans United was fast, friendly, responsive, and professional. I have bought 5 homes and this was my first home buying process through Veterans United. We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift.
