The underwriters made our loan process. Very difficult due to the fact that they didn’t understand options with financial advisors. We were taking money against our assets which did not require a set payback time frame. They were insistent that there had to be a repayment option. Our financial advisor tried to explain it but they didn’t understand. We had to liquidate shares instead which could have cost us one in taxes. Thankfully our advisor was able to sell shares without implications to our taxes. Please educate the underwriters on other options of obtaining money.

Hands down, these two (Elizabeth McAskill and Jennifer Shires) were outstanding throughout. Their follow-through and attention to detail was excellent. They demonstrated true professionalism and expertise in their fields, as they guided me through the home buying process. One of the many things I loved about this experience was the ease of access to everything through the mobile app. I also really appreciated their (Elizabeth and Jennifer) availability and openness to answer questions directly through text when needed. I worked solely with Amanda, and she was GREAT! I had a HORRIBLE experience with my first home purchase, in which I explained to her, so she made sure I only worked with her and nobody else and I truly appreciated that! She was such a good person to work with and also told me even if I didn't go with their company, she'd still assist me! The way she worked with me, I believe she would have! Any questions I had, she answered! If I was confused on anything, she was there! If I decide to purchase again while here, I'd definitely go with them! I can't speak for anyone else in the company, but I would definitely recommend Amanda! And trust me, I am SUCH a picky person and I can be a lot but everything worked out well!
