Veteran's United has an unbelievably intuitive digital system at their disposal. It made accessing and uploading the necessary documents simple and efficient. Even when I goofed up and sent the wrong thing or had a question, the VA team was very prompt to respond and were always kind and helpful. Not to mention they were able to offer a very competitive interest rate and kept closing costs to a reasonable level. In my experience, they aren't just good businesspeople, they're good people.

From the very beginning all the way past closing, this team has made this experience well worth it. I would recommend this service to anyone that is eligible. From the App to the personal phone calls the systems and policies are in place to help and assist. I can’t thank the team I worked with enough as they really made this experience well worth it. Trevor, alisca, and Jennifer are a team made in heaven for home buyers and covered everything my wife and I could have asked. They were always available and were able to walk us through the entire home buying process including transferring utilities, providing local veterinary clinics and schools. 10/10 will recommend and 10/10 will use again if needed.
