Where to start? I guess from the beginning. As soon as I started working with Charlotte and Kris I knew I was in great hands. I got under contract twice before finally purchasing the house on 1103 Daniel ST; Charlotte was extremely patient with me and helped out throughout this painful process. P.S. this team even knew my wife and I had just had our first kid and they put a gift basket together and sent it to us with gifts for our daughter and my wife. I mean how cool of a touch is that. Something that had nothing to do with the job, but was an incredible personal touch from them. Seriously this is veteran United’s all star team.

If I have to be honest there were a couple of people who tried to “steer “ us into a different way, we went with our gut instincts and chose Veterans United and would do again and again! I know not everyone has the same experiences but we only hope someone has the same experience we did. And no matter what others say trust yourself and your family’s instincts not all negative reviews define your decision!! But as far as our family goes we couldn’t be happier with choosing this company! The process was smooth, fast (in our time of course choosing a home etc) and they worked so well with us and listening to what we wanted and were looking for and hearing our situation etc and most companies do not do that and that was super important to us . And as a veteran it’s best to go with a company that knows how the Va. loan works and how it’s handled and it helps that they have realtors who know them as well! We can’t express our joy and happiness enough and our appreciation to this company and our team thanks so much for being amazing!!!
