Jake Levy knows loans inside and out. He was helpful, always responsive, had great communication and went above and beyond to suggest how we could better navigate the home selling and buying experience. We sold and bought at the same time, although he was our lender and not the lender on the other transaction, he kept up to date on timelines and made sure we didn’t miss a beat to keep everything on track. On top of understanding a real estate contract thoroughly and getting ahead on anything we might have needed before closing time! He had us clear to close in three weeks time, and three days from when I surprised him with “can we close early?” We’re also very happy with our interest rate, especially since going into this that was our biggest fear in buying! He explained the buy downs clearly and got us a great rate and better monthly mortgage payment than we expected. There just is no one better in this business after five home purchases this was by far the easiest with the lender side of things and we will use Jake again in any future home purchases or refinances!Also, special shout out to Mitchell who works with Jake for checking in, being up to date, and processing everything so quickly and efficiently.
