Overall experience was phenomenal. Karol and her team were extremely professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. The additional services Kristen offered as we moved towards closing made life much easier for us.
This was a total team effort. Karol may have been the quarterback, but the entire team at Veterans United pressed ahead and made this experience seamless. As a first time home buyer, they demystified all of the processes so we could understand what was happening and what we needed to do.
Great team, buying was a great experience and I recommend VU and specifically Karol Hart to all of my friends and co workers who are thinking of getting a new home.
