Our loan officer, Jake Levy, was absolutely phenomenal. I feel confident that the deal would have been a no-go if he had not been on our team. We found our dream forever property, but had significant issues with the appraiser (not completing an adequate report, an incorrect report that did not include the entire property, and not completing any report in a timely manner), which nearly caused the whole deal to fall apart. Luckily, Jake was willing to go above and beyond in order to help us ultimately close on our home. He was awesome from start to finish, and he even took the time to come to our closing. His persistence throughout the process, his grace in listening to and sharing our frustrations, and his willingness to answer all of our questions meant a lot to us and I cannot recommend him enough.
Want to thank Veterans United for they were a gift from GOD. The home I was renting from water heater went out and air went out. To make it even more bad the house was put up for auction. I was given a month to find somewhere to move and all the rental properties requiring so much down that I was feeling like giving up.
