Every one was friendly and professional, I feel the process could be structured different for a first time home buyer, especially at the end or around closing. I would still recommend for first time home buyers. I appreciated the quick responses and the ability to match the interest rate from a different lender.

I think I have already covered everything in my two other comments, but, suffice to say, I am very satisfied with my experience.
My wife and I had a great experience working with the team at Veterans United. We were able to lower our rate, take equity out as cash for home improvements and keep our monthly payment the same. They handled everything and Aaron Thomasson was able to answer all of my questions the moment I asked them, of which I had very many. The guy is a walking refinance thesaurus!
