There needed to be just a little better communication between Veterans United and our title company. Especially concerning payoff of the our previous mortgage through VU and current mortgage that we just closed on with VU. However overall they were awesome to work with. They checked in frequently with us to ensure we didn't need any assistance with anything throughout the process of completing new mortgage.

Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations.
