Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. They all made a normally stressful process seem easy. The to do list kept me on top of the process and in the loop. I went into this with reservations because of my age and they were all very supportive.

Not our first home, but our first home purchased using my VA eligibility. Started pre qualifications with a different lender and loan officer apparently decided we were not going to be an easy loan and didn’t even return calls.
