VUHL made the loan process much easier through the use of the online processes. Providing required documents and signing the same in a timely manner did not require traveling to the VUHL office multiple times.
Great staff that stays in contact with you throughout the whole loan process. Always ready to explain and guide you through any questions that come up.
Continued to add to list of requested items. After receiving items you related that you didn't need them. Please attempt not to stress customers out without reviewing and consulting with lender about above mentioned. Overall you guys are a great TEAM. Very professional.
