Our experience with Veterans United was fantastic. Out of all of the banks and authorized lenders we called, queried, or otherwise sought out for our VA loan, Veterans United had the greatest customer service. Everyone on the team we were assigned to was ready and willing to help us with any questions, and they walked us through the process step by step- from pre-approval, to home searching, to closing. Our loan officer, Karol Hart, was so fantastic she even gave us a list of her best recommended local realtors- one of whom we actually took on and I have to say, I'm so glad we did. We went from offer to closing in about 30 days and that's phenomenal for a VA loan. Veterans United was definitely acting in our best interest with their efficiency, keeping tabs on interest rates, and answering all of our questions. Highly, highly recommend their service and we will be working with them again in the future.

Ask questions up front of paperwork that will be needed and then have it all together. Be prepared to pay up front for the home inspection. All the team were friendly and caring.

Everyone at this establishment was very knowledgeable and assisted me when I didn't have access to certain resources to get information requested in. I really appreciated that. Thank you Mrs. Damer and everyone at Veterans United for helping me purchase my first home.

They are super friendly, walk with you every step of the way with the paperwork. You can ask a question any time of the day email or phone call. Usually you will hear back that day from them. Also when you go to the office they will offer you a cold or hot drink. They are a super team over here.

If you want to be treated like family and not just another business transaction, then Veterans United is the place to go. From the very beginning the entire staff took great care of us. Being from out of state, we had many unique questions,.and each one was knowledgeably and efficiently answered. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will definitely be recommending Veterans United to everyone!

Three years ago as I was fighting Stage 3 C Colon cancer my family and I became homeless .We went through some pretty crazy things during that time. I had all but given up on ever becoming a home owner , but my daughter convinced me to try once again. My credit was wrecked , but the Lighthouse Program provided me all the information and issues I needed to take care of , I followed the program to the letter, and in a 3 month timeframe I was closing on a home , I am so very thankful to everyone at Veterans United for bringing our dream of owning a home to reality.
