I gave it a 9 only because our experien e with one on our sellinbg team. however, other than issues with that one, the rest of the team also deserves a strong 10.

As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. Veterans United has been totally the opposite of those other Veterans friendly groups. They guided me and gave me all the information I needed to qualify for a new home. Getting into contact with the team leading up to my closing was extremely difficult and I would not be contacted back for hours after reaching out. In a time of constant change, I was disappointed that I could not speak with my team quickly about closing matters.The underwriting process was terrible. There we unnecessary delays and things requested that my team should have told me about in advance, not when the underwriter requested them.I will not be recommending VU to others. This has not been a good experience for me.
Was such a better experience than I ever thought it would be. Veterans United helped us get into our dream home even during a sellers' market.
