Karol Hart was great! And I was very happy With VU until the loan processing went to Beth Bergen. There was an instance several days before I signed where Beth Bergen informed me that she sent an email about documents to sign; the documents to sign weren’t there yet only the ones to review. Additionally she told me to ask any questions when she asked me to sign. I had a question about how I was to pay the closing fees and to verify how much they were. She never answered that question. The day before closing I had to ask again and it was only because Karol Hart was willing to work after hours (1830) that I got the closing instructions email with wire information. So that was very inconvenient and stressful but I cannot stress how appreciative I am for Karol.
Everything went much smoother that we imagined. Overall a great first time home buying experience.
Process was not fast but it was made simple and easy to follow-through with being a first time home buyer.
I will definitely use you again and refer you to anyone who asks! THANK YOU!
