The team was informative at every step of the process. They were responsive when I had questions. They made sure I always felt confident in what was happening. I also loved the ease of the online portal to communicate to-do items, and the document center was a great way to feel organized with all the documentation that needed to be sent in. I also liked the availability of additional information in the instructional videos to make sure I knew details about the mortgage and home buying process.
I'm so disappointed because of many things:
-The closing date pushed back many times initial estimated on DEC 26, 2020 it happened on March30,2021 caused increase of my personal budget during this delay period.
-Many things change in the contract, price increased ,also the home is not exactly what I choose and what I was expecting to get.
_No control on anything, builder, companies involved which do what they want.
_ Some imperfection noticed in the new home but I don't know if the VA inspection also noticed that.
This was our second time purchasing a home and doing so out of state, ahead of our PCS’ing. Veteran’s United and Karol Hart made this whole process a breeze. It was significantly easier than our first experience and literally could not have gone any better. Absolute professionals in every manner. Would easily recommend and will certainly come back for services in the future.
