Overall, an amazing company! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! If I purchase a home again it will be through Veterans United, without question! All the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The way their home buying process works is the easiest way I’ve ever experienced. The dashboard with your to do list really allows you to gather things at your pace and do it from anywhere in the world!! 12/10 recommend Vererans United!!!
We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received at Veteran’s United in Clarksville. Jessica and Amanda G were incredible to work with, they kept us informed every step of the way and we couldn’t be more grateful for them helping us through the house buying process for the first time.There was a little hiccup at the very end of our process (nothing to do with veteran’s United just one of those things that happen) and they were so quick to help us resolve the issue so we were able to close on time.We would recommend the service here to anyone!! This was my 3rd home purchase in my life and by far the easiest. The website with being able to upload your documents, perform the “To Do’s” and electronically sign documents was awesome. Closing took about 20 minutes. The closing representative at the title company kept mentioning how impressed she was with the “small stack” of paper needed to sign to complete this real estate transaction.
