Overall I would give veterans United 100% rating for anyone who goes through them and Charly our real estate agent. It was a fast but smooth process especially with the added stress from our previous apartment complex both of them made things work as fast as they could and as smoothly as possible.

The communication between agents was nonexistent. When the agents called me, they had no idea who else i was working with or what stage of the process I was in. The communication between the agents and my wife and I was absolutely terrible.
