Back in Colorado,we had a family broker that helped with every house sale. She knew our information inside and out. When we made the move to Kentucky, we learned that she was not licensed to broker our purchase here. We were extremely nervous working with a new company. Everyone we worked with at Veterans alleviated those fears, especially Charlotte, our loan specialist. They were quick to respond, very helpful and knowledgeable, and they made us feel like we were their priority. We were very happy with our experience in working with this company.
