Highly recommend Trevor and his team. We had a bad broker with another bank and came close to losing the deal. He communicated with both realtors and the sellers reassuring them he could get it done in a speedy manner. He did what he said he could do and we have our house.

I bought an investment property using a conventional loan. Jamie explained the points, locking the rate, what my options were with various amounts down & how the taxes would work for Tennessee also. I was very impressed with her knowledge regarding maximizing my options for the best return. She wasn't pushy; she laid it all out & I made the best decision for my portfolio. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any type of loan.
