Trevor and his team were great. I'm a first time home buyer and knew next to nothing about the process. It all seemed incredibly intimidating. However, Trevor and his team walked me through every step.I shopped around multiple lenders, as advised, and ended up going with VU. Trevor and team explained everything to me in ways I could understand, and guided me through the process. They were always available to answer questions, even at odd hours.My concierge, Bailee, was great. Having a "concierge" at all seemed weird to me at first, but she was always able to help and provide information. She saved a lot of leg work.I really appreciate everything they did. They're awesome. I would definitely recommend.
