Chris Hill and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my second home purchase with Chris and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else either time. The purchase of the new home got really spicey with a lot of moving parts and unforeseen issues that kept arising and Chris and his team were able to handle everything that came up and got everything sorted just in time. There's a ton of things I could list here that I appreciated but I will just sum up with 20 out of 10 starts from me

Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.
Would highly recommend.
