Everything went flawless Everyone kept us in the loop on the whole processIt truly was an enjoyable experience
It a very smooth process, my loan officer was super awesome.
Veterans United did their job and beyond. I never had any issues nor do I have any complaints. They walked me through the whole process and never broke a sweat.
This was my first experience with buying a home, and they helped make this a memory I'll never forget.
Made the stressful life changing event of buying a home as pleasant and informative as humaningly possible. I would hands down use them in the future.

This is my second time getting a loan with VU and Charlotte McClellan and like the previous time the experience was seemless!
Heather made everything easy and simple. Jennifer and Nick were always available for questions, and Mia always greeted me as if I was a long-time customer.
I prequalified with another company at the beginning of the process to do my due diligence, however, Amanda with her knowledge and experience was able to seek a better deal for us. Plus, Amanda and her team made the process very easy for us.
Heather Damer was awesome to work with. She took over for the corporate office which was giving very poor customer service and she turned the process all the way around. She ensured we closed on time even with the last minut price changes.

Amazing made everything too easy.
Your company has an over reliance on e-mail communications. I understand that it should be your primary means as it provides a record of communication however, e-mails should be followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt and understanding.
They really work with you to try to accommodate your needs and everyone I dealt with was always pleasant with a great attitude.
