The appraisal was not timely or professionally handled. Closing was extended three separate times due to the appraisal not being completed, not submitted or done incorrectly. Other than that "third party" appraisal, my loan experience was not that bad.
Every decision made by Kelly Foote was made for the benefit of us, her clients! She knows her stuff and knows the ins and outs of the business! These two expertise areas made Our VA IRRRL process so smooth and quick!
Everyone that I worked with has very helpful and seemed to really care about their customers. Very polite and courteous. I recommend anyone who needs a loan to go through this company.
