I would trust Veterans United with any of my family members or friends. I would feel confident that my family/friends would receive quality service that they could trust and would not feel overwhelmed throughout the process. I know that it would be a positive experience for them as it was for us.
We were especially satisfied with our loan officer Kelly Foote and her team! They were always polite and fulfilled all of our needs the best they could.
The most valuable experience besides excellent customer service was the fact I received LIVE VOICE on the other end of my phone call! So invaluable than a menu driven option that puts you directly into voice mail.
I can't say enough good things about Veterans United. Heather, Beth, and Jennifer were absolutely amazing. Very dedicated and there every inch of the way. I absolutely recommend.
