Heather made everything easy and simple. Jennifer and Nick were always available for questions, and Mia always greeted me as if I was a long-time customer.
I prequalified with another company at the beginning of the process to do my due diligence, however, Amanda with her knowledge and experience was able to seek a better deal for us. Plus, Amanda and her team made the process very easy for us.
Heather Damer was awesome to work with. She took over for the corporate office which was giving very poor customer service and she turned the process all the way around. She ensured we closed on time even with the last minut price changes.
Your company has an over reliance on e-mail communications. I understand that it should be your primary means as it provides a record of communication however, e-mails should be followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt and understanding.
They did a great job getting us pre-approved with our situation we had. Once our offer was accepted and we were in limbo before closing, there could be a little more communication. That is my only suggestion - more communication.
