Only thing I would say is that when one person is listed as the loan specialist, and I try to reach that person for assistance but only ever get to talk to other people, it was a little frustrating. But all in all, everything went great

We had a great experience. We shopped around and found Veterans' United Bank provided the best rates with the least fees for purchasing a home. In addition, our representatives form the bank, Kelly and Kay, are experts. They are familiar with the Clarksville area and were able to answer any questions we had since we are from out of town. If I were to purchase another home, I would contact Kelly and Kay, again to secure my loan. They provided exceptional customer service and helped me to secure my loan quickly.
