My team was great. My only issue was the underwriting process and sometimes slow to respond. Other than that, EVERYONE I encountered on my team was very thorough and made me comfortable when it came to finding a home.

The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful event in one’s lifetime. One of the main reasons is you may or may not be kept in the loop so you have to be patient while you are waiting for the process to go through which can make you feel anxious at times. Amazingly this was not the case with Veterans United specifically Lily Farnan and her theme. She kept us in the loop every Step of the way. She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive. This made you feel good especially if you’re not sure about what is happening behind the scenes. In addition Veterans United has a very informative website with videos that tells you about the process and what to work on or expect for the next step.
