VU was very helpful and even covered a few thousand in rate extension fees and some underestimations in the final disclosure. They helped forward mail, setup utilities and had partner deals on home security, internet, etc. Overall, very helpful throughout the process and ended up getting exactly what we needed - a house - with only a few thousand out of pocket! I cannot thank Chris & Landon enough for their phenomenal work. They got us to the closing table in less than 30 days! Their proactive approach meant everything was provided to underwriting immediately, which was a huge help as I was using a POA from out of the area. No hiccups at all. Second time using VU and they still manage to impress me with their efficiency and professionalism.
Really great organization. They help you every step of the way. This is my first time buying a home and I never felt in the dark or unsure as everything was explained thoroughly the whole time. Everything about our home buying experience with Veterans United was exceptional. It started with Conner who helped us get our credit in order, he spent so much time directing me and talking things through and guided us the whole way.
