When I would have a question, Nick was extremely easy to reach, whether by text, email or phone. Nick went above and beyond to assist me multiple! He is incredibly knowledgeable of all things pertaining to loans, and then some. The videos he has made for the website were detailed yet simple to understand for those of us who are new to buying and selling a home. Very good and useful info there! The rest of my team were also there for me at every turn, checking that I had all the documents needed, as well as helping with tasks for getting set up at my new location. (utilities, security, mail, etc). There was no area left uncovered thanks to my entire team.
