Senior Loan Officer Karol Hart has strong ties to the military and is honored to be in a position to help local Veterans achieve their dream of homeownership. She has a special place in her heart for Ft Campbell, specifically - Karol was born on the base when her father was enlisted! Today, it is still just as special as her husband concluded his time by retiring after 20 years of service as a First Sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell. In addition, Karol is a former facilitator for a Department of Defense contractor having taught thousands of transitioning military service members. As a loan officer, she will use this level of understanding and compassion to go above and beyond your expectations! When not working, Karol’s time is spent with her husband, daughters and family dogs.
