⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars for Paul, the Dog-Loving, Housewarming-Gift-Sending Loan Wizard!Paul from Veterans United isn’t just a loan officer—he’s a home-buying hero who feels like family! This mortgage maestro turned what could’ve been a stressful slog into a laugh-filled, tail-wagging adventure I’ll never forget. From our first chat, Paul’s energy was like a double shot of espresso—bright, warm, and so contagious I couldn’t help but feel pumped about the process. He broke down the VA loan jargon with the patience of a saint and the wit of a stand-up comedian, making every call feel like catching up with an old friend over coffee, not navigating a mountain of paperwork. I was very impressed on how he was able to update my account and set me up for a pre approval letter in one day! On a Saturday even! What makes Paul truly special? He didn’t just care about getting me into my dream home—he made my two furry besties, Bozy and Hank, part of the journey! He’d ask about Bozy’s latest couch-hogging antics or Hank’s epic backyard zoomies, joking that their enthusiastic tail-wags were the official “house approved” stamp we needed. My chocolate lab and white pup were basically his co-workers! And if that wasn’t enough, Paul went above and beyond by mailing me a housewarming gift—a box of goodies that included treats for Bozy and Hank (they will definitely be giving it two paws up, loudly). That kind of thoughtfulness? Pure gold.Paul tackled my endless questions and late-night “uh-oh” texts with lightning-fast replies and a knack for cracking me up when I was stressing.Paul, you’re an absolute rockstar—Veterans United, give this dog-loving, gift-sending legend a cape and a medal and a nice alcoholic beverage!
Paul was knowledgable, friendly, and communicative.
We loved having Paul as our loan officer! He made everything simple, easy and understandable! Especially being first time home buyers, he made us get through it like pros!
